Change text based on dropdown selection

This seems like a simple solve, but I have been unable to.

I have a dropdown that is filtering Ref data from table1, I want the same row in that table1 to populate the form. This form is connected to table2

In suggested values use a derefere expression to pull data from table 1 based on the selected ref value.
