Change the result of Duration to Whole Number and if possible to add a concatenate "text"

Hi! I am new in Appsheet. Can you please help correct the expression below:

HOUR(NUMBER(SUM(SELECT(OT Form[Total Hours], [Employee No.] = [_THISROW].[Employee ID]))))

and is it possible to add a concatenate text also?
