Chart Assistance - Values Over Time Based on Currently Selected Patient?

I am trying to create a chart view that will graph the peritoneal dialysis values over time for a currently viewed patient, with the idea of making a dashboard of sorts.

I think i have the interactive dashboard part figured out, although it is likely pure luck that it is working, but i cannot seem to figure out how to get the date from the Timestamp column to appear at the bottom...

The graph does appear to be dynamically changing to match only records that pertain to the currently selected patient (dummy patient, fake name, looks like me). But that date on the bottom sure would be helpful.

Set the date as the Label for that table.
