Chart colors

Hello,
I have a chart, shows [status]; total amount “open” and “checked” or filtered “open” or “checked”.
If “checked” the color is green, if “open” red. (donut chart type)
If nothing selected, it shows both colors nicely in one chart, but if I select “open” or “checked”, both chart colors are green. So when I select “checked” the chart should be green and when I select “open” it should show the chart in red “open” items., see pictures.
Can someone help on this.
