Choose your environment when opening

Good morning,

I want to make 2 working environments for my application.
A production environment and a training environment.
For this I use an environment table.
My database is composed of these tables: UserAccess, Building, Event, Ebras, Binomial, Victims.

I want the user to be able to choose from the opening the environment in which he wants to work

I don't see how to do
