Clicking a button to take to a URL

I have several dependent drops that are selected to show a recommendation, example:

Industry (selection 1)
Application (selection 2)
Type (selection 3)
Recommendation (just a button, no selection) *How do I get this button, once clicked, to take me to a URL?
