Clone Events until confirmation

Hello,
I am trying to clone events with 2 actions

1. Data: add a new row to another table using values from this row
2. Edit

The problem is that if I am in action 1, the event is cloned also if I realize that I don't want to clone it anymore, the event has already been duplicated.

I would like it to be duplicated only when I confirm the save

How could I solve?

Or.. if you want it to another table, use LINKTOFORM() with the "Go to another view within this app".
