CloudSql View or Appsheet Slice... That is the question!

From a pure scalability question, what is the better choice? I'm inclined to think that CloudSQL would be a better choice. Reduce I/O through Appsheet and put the processing back on the CLoudSQL database. But, I'd like to know what the experts think? Thanks and you need a Performance Label.

The best option in my opinion is to use Slice.

Even better: Security filter. THis allow to load on the user's device the only necessary data.
