Combine Enumlist and Longtext

Hi!

I have created an app to create medical prescription.

I have columns HISTORY, VITALS, FINDINGS, MENTIONS, Diagnosis

I need these columns to be longText to write notes. 

Also i need an enumlist as labels which i can insert them in the longText quickly and also add other texts.

If it's not possible on Appsheet.

Please make this an appsheet feature.

Not possible to do exactly what you are describing. Once you are editing a long text field, you can't simultaneously inject additional text into it. You could have a process where by selecting certain options from enumlist some initial text would be populated, or even that text could be appended to an already populated field. However to sort of text injection you are looking for is not available.
