Tengo mi formulario de inicio de sesión en AppSheet y deseo que al ingresar la contraseña los caracteres se oculten

Not possible. Note, too, that implementing your own login system is INSECURE and the is NO WAY to implement a secure login system within AppSheet directly. Secure app logins may ONLY be achieved using the login options AppSheet already provides.
