Concatenate Line Break Not Working As Expected

I am trying to force a line break in a concatenated address so that it appears as on a mailing label. I read in a few places that by simply pressing enter after a start quotation mark, it should give me a line break, however it is not.

As usual, what am i doing wrong 😂

Btw, you can add your View Map action, the one that Address/LatLog has to this new LongText column. You could duplicate the original one, just select the new column in the config that's open when you have an Inline action

ooh, thank you! This works nicely, so i get the display i'd like but still retain the map action that likely no one will use, but its there if you need it.
