Concatenate notification no value?

Hello, When I open the expressions and tested it, the value was blank whilst other day it has. I just want to know why the expression result value was gone yesterday or earlier it was working fine i dont know what is wrong. Please help me.

I use enumlist to list the email values

CONCATENATE(SUBSTITUTE(FILTER(FactoryMembers, TRUE), ",", " "), " ")
