Hello,
I'm trying to build a form in a diet app where I want one of the questions to be related to another question in the form. This is the case:
I have a spreadsheet of measures, here is a screenshot:
one of the questions in the form is "which food you ate?" (answers are one of the items in column B), and the next question is "what was the serving size ?"(answers are one of the items in column D).
I want to show the options for the second answer based on the answer to the first question since each food item has its own serving size.
Can anyone please explain to me how can I do it in Appsheet form?
