Conditions for launch page

Hi community, I have some questions related for the launch page where i have 3 roles (Admin,Engineer,User). After setting up the formula in the launch page the view is still seems empty from launch. But when Clicking onto the Dashboard Icon, the dashboard will eventually show .Every Role will have their respective of view in the dashboard, Therefore I have had created 3 different Views with different view name, Is there any method That i can achieve with launch with Role that is selected/ Logged in ? Thanks for the help, Community๏ผ

How do you maintain user roles?

Do you control show if properties in UX ?

Dynamic user controls
