Is there a way for the appsheet app to connect into private database? If Yes, can somehow teach me how. I highly appreaciate your help guys.

You might be trying to mean an on-premises databases?
Short answer, you can't, because AppSheet's servers need to access the database.
It needs to be available to the internet
