Connect to Primavera file or/and Microsoft projects with my app

Is it possible to upload and connect Primavera or/and Microsoft projects files to my app?

The main objective to have a solution to import project schedule from one or both of these software. to manage the rest of project progress based on that time schedules

If the answer is YES, Please furnish us with the proper way to do so.
