Connection between tables and name list filter based on the selected surname

Hi everyone,

I have two different tables, table A and table B.
Once a list of surnames and first names has been inserted (e.g. Rossi Mario, Rossi, Francesco, Verdi Giuseppe) in table A, I would like it to be possible in table B to select one of those already present in table A in the "Surname" field (e.g. Rossi); once I have selected the surname (e.g. Rossi) in table B, I would like only the names corresponding to the surname I selected (e.g. Mario, Francesco) to be shown in the subsequent "Name" field. In your opinion is it possible?
