Content issue

Hi,
i have app for maintenance work . In the application i have created a work rule for send report as pdf mail. its working good.

the issue is if any content is blank in the table its showing blank. but I want , if the content is blank i want to show as “Nill”

Now its working perfectly. Could you please help me to solve one more issues.

i have created a workflow and i got a pdf in to my mail once the coloum value is changed from pending to generated . can you please suggest me now can i add generated date and time to that pdf.
