Convert time format from 24 to 12

I created a data entry form..when adding the time it appears in Figure 24
It is required to show the format 12
The other problem is when entering the time 12:59 AM
The time turns in the evening
00:00 pm
Another example
00:59 pm
is being
13:00 PM

It's unclear where you're seeing the time values formatted as you indicate. I suggest share screenshots.

The following are indeed odd--seemingly invalid--time displays.

If you haven't already, confirm the following are set accurately (see Locale support in AppSheet - AppSheet Help) :

Time zone and locale on your device
Locale in your data source
Locale in your AppSheet table
