Convert to PDF from Multiple rows with same id

Hello guys,

I need your help to convert the data into .pdf format based on the same [task_number].

i have set up bot and automation, it works. But only converting to pdf row by row.

is there a way to group data into one .pdf document based on the same [task_number]?

Yes.  But you need to read up on template start conditions, see below.  These work like Select() queries in the App.  Using them you can pull data from pretty much any table and display it in a PDF.  So have a go and then come back to us when you get stuck on something specific 🙂
