How to write an expression in virtual column to copy rows in one table to another table when a condition is true.

Sorry for the lack of information. Its like this. I am trying to copy row/rows(including all columns of data from table A to table B when “Complete” is entered in column 146. If “Incomplete” is entered nothing will happen. All columns in both Table A and B has the same name. Table A is for Application and Table is for Processing. One more condition to add is, if data in column 106 (AGENCY) is “Gov”, the first condition “Complete” is not necessary, the row will be copied to Table B.

May I ask why do you want to copy the data? Could it be possible to just change the Status field’s value to “Complete” without copying the data?
