Copy /or duplicate all the rows of a table

Hello. I need to duplicate all the rows of a table that has the max year value, and put them in the same table with a diferent ID and year value max +1 . 

The idea is to copy a bunch of data that may not change or may change a little for the next year, that is, the courses and subjects in a school year. So the idea is that at the end of the year I could duplicate all this data for the next year, and so on.

What would be the best approach?

Thank you Steve, I did try this in another app, but since it lags a little I thoght it wasn't the ideal solution, but if you recomend it I'll give it a try, although I am tempted with a right clic  copy paste solution 😆
