Crate pdf file

Hi community
I have three tables, the parent is "inspection report" and the the childs "labore_information" and "contract form". I try to create automation process to produce file in form of pdf after add data by users, the "labor information" table my be has several rows which add depending on the number of labors , and these rows have the one ID whic is the same "ID" column that refers to main ID of the parent table. My goal is to create pdf file involves all adding data in all three tables in form of text data, and the data of labor information form as a chart.
