Create a Message when opening the application

Hello,

I am creating a small application and I am stuck on a function I can not find …
I would like to have an action that allow me that when we open the application the user must check a function to be able to access the rest only if the answer is yes to a data, already I can not get this message to the opening but in addition I would add that this action must be done every week, if Monday the user to tick yes this message should not be displayed until next Monday, is it possible? If so can you explain to me how to do for these two stages?

You could show that view as an starting view (UX > Options) if today is Monday and that user hasn’t answered yet. You could use an IF statement for this purpose.
