Create a view for showing total of each item in record

I'm creating a app for a collecting food (lunch) orders. I need to create a view to get the total quantity  ordered lunch/ food in a table or list format. there are 10 types of lunch item available in app. daily available lunch selection done manually. this selected lunch need to visible this new view with the total orders quantity and number of orders. 

I added the sample table here. can anyone help me to create the required view. ??

the new view should contain Lunch ID, date , number of orders and quantity of each lunch order in current data.
