Create automation that checks a table for an expiration date and sends an email for expiring records

Hello, I'm fairly new to AppSheet and would like some advice on creating an automation bot. I am looking to create an automation bot that checks a data table for changes and using the data in the table sends an email (to an assigned user) with expiring records assigned to that specific user.

For example, 

Data table's columns:

Expiring Date, Request Type, Assigned User

The automation will check the rows in the data table and for rows with today as the expiring date it sends an email to the Assigned user with the selected rows.
