Creating ID Column fixing issue

Dear All, I have prepared sheet for learning but I am unable to fixed it. Error Message - The spreadsheet showing row number is being used as a key in the table 'Tickets'. It's best to include an 'ID' column in the table. Please can anyone help me out with example
