Hello, I am new to AppSheets and I am wondering if it will be able to help me create the app I am working on. I am trying to create a gradebook app where there is a table for students in a class, another table for assignments, and a third table for grades which has a reference to the student and assignment that grade is for. Is there a way to create a table view that would have each student as a row each column as an assignment and the cell be the grade that corresponds to that assignment and that student?
Try to understand the platform by learning what the platform needs and offers. If you are biased because of you own assumptions, you won't understand what can or cannot be done.
In short, read the manual, that's what I did and helped me a lot
in the first table, add virtual columns that will refer to the values โโof other tables, and based on the first table, make the view include virtual columns
