Creating table visualisation showing (calculated) values and times assessed by Appsheet

I need to create such tables as shown in the images. The data is assessed using Appsheet. Green are column names of the spreadsheet used in the Appsheet, red are the fix values of these columns. For each Person (i) in the column "staff_name" I need to have those two tables every month. It doesn't matter if the result is a xlsx-table or image. And I like to integrate it to Appsheet in the end so that one can export it by a button.

Probably I have to use Apps Script but I haven't used it yet. Does someone have time and fun helping me?

Can you tell me, which part is not possible or what is possible? And is it not possible in Appsheet or with Apps Script? A more constructive answer would be more helpful. Thx

This isn't an App Script community, so I won't address that.

The tables as you have them structured will not work with AppSheet at all.
