Custom icon for apps missing

As of this morning (maybe happened over the long weekend?) all our custom app launcher icons are now “broken”, is this a known glitch or something else? Thanks!

Sometimes this happened to me when there is no access to the image for some reason.
Try selecting the image again from your datasource
