Data Change (old and new value) highlighting

Hello everyone, 

I have been making my first Appsheet for over 2 weeks now, and just wanted to make some more tweaks before presenting it to my management. 

I have a submission view for the employees to submit their shifts swapping, but on the other hand there will be another view for a specific team to manually change the submission's values.

I want to create an automated task that sends a notification/email when ever a submission is modified, while showing the old & new values after the action taken.

I'm able to do the notifying part, but unable to find anything to mention the old and new values.
