Data Validity - Valid If Issue

I have it set to point to a column on another spreadsheet, but for some reason, it is only giving me the 1st line item on the sheet as an option as opposed to the entire column

Do you have another valid_if in another column on the same table, that's also pointing to the Heritage Job Type table? (i.e. automatic dependent dropdown is maybe happening)

Or do all rows in the Heritage Job Type table have a value in the key column?

1. try remove expression on 'Show?', btw the expression should have "..." on the righthand side.

2. 'Type' should be enum.
