Data missing in Google Sheet tab but visible in AppSheet

ok this one's an odd one. We have a multi-tab Google Sheet that acts as the main database to our app. All tabs have the normal data as expected but one of the tabs is empty except for the header row.  The odd thing is we can see data from the tab within AppSheet. The other thing is users are currently capturing data to the tab but it's not visible.

Has anyone seen this before and if so, how do we ensure the data is visible in the google sheet tab again?

Best guess is that sync is not working.  So you'll see the data in the app that created it but not in the spreadsheet or other apps.

Are you sure that the tab you are viewing in google sheets is the correct tab that is being pointed at in your Table settings (Storage)?
