my data is not synchronising in app when i made changes in source data base
If you change manually then, you have to refresh the data for loading into the app on user side unless you select the auto sync.
Sync Option can be found under Behaviour>Offline/Sync following the attached screenshot.

If you add, remove, or move columns within a worksheet used by the app, you are likely to run into problems syncing data from apps that have not yet been updated to be aware of the new column layout. There is no easy fix for this.
In general, you shouldn’t be touching your database for anything. REALLY.
I only use the database to reports via PowerBI that takes the info without changing anything
