Hello awesome Appsheet community. I have a unique to me situation. In my application, users select the status of a record. This status is presented in a list format and uses data validation to show only those statuses that are active. I have a need for a "system" or "hidden" status that can only be selected via an action, not a dropdown as for those other status. In essence, I want users to select general status, like "working on it", "Completed", or "Sent to program" via the drop down. I also need an action to be available to the users to press to "cancel" the request, and only that action can select that status.
Question is: Can you have a filtered (data validated) list for users and that same list be filtered (data validated) differently for actions? while the data validation is at the table level.
