Database Error

I found the following error while user adding entries, can anyone tell the reason?

The first thing to try is logging out and back in.

I have been having a similar problem any time I try to update and add a related record with a reference to another table. Will try logging out and logging in again to see if it resolves my issue.

Edit: Logging out and back in did not resolve the issue.

This issue is not resolved by logging out and in,

the solution is rebuilding the table by take a copy of same data or start from new, 

This error is happening on the table called  - Table 1 and this table is not excisting in my database.
