What database does the Whitelabel app use? Does every user have their own database? I am using google Sheets as a database for now. If I deploy the app as a white-label app, will it use the respective user's google sheet? If so, What kind of relational database that I can use?

Whitelabel has no effect on the data source.

So, Where will the user data get stored? In User's own google sheet?

Generally, all app data for all users is stored in the data source that you configure for each app table--for example, the app creator's Google Sheets spreadsheet file. The only exception is if you configure an app table to be private, which is likely an uncommon scenario.
