I tried using the TODAY() and NOW() and uncheck the "ignore seconds", however, I still don't get the seconds on my timestamp. I need the "seconds" for my timestamp to be unique so I can use the MAX() to get the earliest data entered. Please help, thank you.

Have you checked the column in your datasource is not clearing those seconds?
