How can i add key of the record in subject line using by work flow? And why i am not getting mail even i add mail address in TO section?

Presume you mean, you wish to add record key
to the subject line of the workflow email for a record that is being added/updated/deleted etc.?
If it is so, you may add an expression something like
below in subject line of workflow will rule
New Customer
<> with
ID <> and Company Name <> added.
Here all variables within <> are record fields. In above example ID is the recordโs key field.
Regarding Email, could you please add if your app is deployed? Please note that in test mode till the app is deployed, only app creatorโs email address gets the workflow emails.
