Delay in emails

Can anyone confirm if there is a delay in workflow emails. I am receiving emails on my gmail account but not on the exchange server.

That pretty much proves its not an Appsheet fault as both emails would have been sent together.

Chat to your IT guys to see if they can explain it. Also double check the excahnge email address for typos
