Dependant Dropdowns

I am trying to use 3 dependant dropdowns from a categories table in my app.

Dropdown 1 and 2 work fine but dependant dropdown 3 does not show even though I follow the same method of creating it using the valid if expression - using enum.

Any help would be appreciated or is there a limit on the number of dependant dropdowns?
