Dependent Dropdown and Reference

Hello, i'm new here, i'll try to translate at best
I'm creating an App where i have a Customers Database table with [Vat Number] [periodic verification deadline] [business name] [address] [serial number] [device].
When we go to a customer for a technical intervention we have to fill a form, so this form should ref to that database, is it possible to have (in the form) a dropdown that shows only the data of a specific customer when you select the VAT? A customer (same Vat and business name) can have different rows because of different addresses, deadline and devices with their own serial number.

If understanding of your requirement is correct, yes, you could evaluate use of the dependent dropdown option available in AppSheet along with referencing concepts to achieve what you are looking for.

It sounds you  are having a database where each business has several rows based on deadlines and devices. And you wish to fill in some form for any of those locations, deadlines and devices.

In the below sample app a similar concept of Continent, Country and Document is there. After selecting these options , the user fill in the comments form.
