Desktop Design does not display _ComputedAddress image

I have been using the _ComputedAddress field to display an image in my app. I place it in a Detail view within the header (using the Card layout option). This works fine in the mobile design:

However, when I switch to a Desktop Design I'm working on, the image no longer displays.

Is this a bug? I'm unclear if it's because of the new Desktop Design being rolled out, or if it's related to images in the header (using a card layout) or _ComputedAddress in particular...
