Different views for edit form and add form in new desktop UI

Hi, 

Anybody knows how to stick to the old way where you had the same form to add and to edit rows?

In the new desktop ui edit view is based on detailed view and does not respect the original add form column order it is based on detailed view. Here are some screenshots for reference:
