Display a parsed field

I'd like to parse a name field to only display the first name for an organization demo and do not want to alter all my data. How can I show only the first name from a Last Name, FIrst Name field? I don't think it's a Format rule. Is it a Virtual Column?

You can have an additional column where you extract the First Name from the Name column. This is preferably a normal column not a virtual one, but the use of vc is possible.
