Do I need white-labeling to create a webview app of my appsheet app and publish on the app stores?

For a browser app? No. For the app stores? Yes.

Technically its like opening from a browser, because it will just show what is seen on a browser. So, I think its possible to do it, but I'm not sure whether its ethical. From which aspect did you say "for the app stores yes?"

Browser app doesn't require white label. Publishing to an app store does.
