Does AppSheet have connection keep-alive?

I have a database hosted in neon.tech and while testing it for a new app I saw that my database is constantly being accessed and I Imagine that is due to AppSheet keeping an open connection with the database.

I contacted Neon's support and they asked me if AppSheet has connection keep-alive functionality.

I didn't find this answer anywhere and would like to confirm this information to help me

I have a limit on how often my database can be accessed on neon.tech and was trying to find out what was using this limit.

Ended up switching to Supabase because they don't seem to have this limitation.

But, for anyone that is curious, it seems very likely that AppSheet has connection keep-alive functionality. Even if no users is accessing the app, AppSheet will keep making connections. Maybe it is something to speed up query when a user actually opens the app. I'm not sure.
