Does Copying a Bot and changing the event from one table to another not work

Hi everyone.

Has anyone found that if they copy a bot and change the event from one table to another that even if you put processes in that relate to your newly assigned table, that the system finds them incompatible with your new table as it still sees the event as being linked to the original table that you had the event linked to when you copied the bot?

I thought it was my imagination but I tested it out, got a broken automation then disabled that automation, started a new one from scratch with the same data and it worked.

And since this is the case, what is the point of having a copy button and when can it be used?
