Does Workflow-Notify work on Public Apps

Hi appsheet,

In the pro or pay per user plan, it will be easy to send notification to the right persons because they sign in. How about in Public Apps with no sign ins? How do you send notification to the right persons/users if there is no sign ins? Is it possible to send notifications to selective users in public apps?

Hi Jerry, it’s not possible to send notifications to a particular user in a publisher app because there is no way to identify users (they’re not logged in).

But I need a bit more help, as I am building a community app which does not require to login. But need to send urgent notifications whenever they appear or happen.

Would really appreciate if a work around is possible.

If you keep your own list of emails, or have an email values getting entered in your app by users, you can send emails to them.
