Good afternoon, I was a GWS Start customer and I got it wrong and ended up putting GWS enterprise plus, but I won't need the plan and why doesn't it include the enterprise appssheet, and I'm forced to buy licenses, now I want to go back to the option I had and didn't I'm doing it, I changed last Saturday and it said I had 14 days to test, can anyone tell me how I can return to the plan? Why Google's customer service isn't very good. ! Thanks
